your guess is as good as mine.

I got a 51 on my Stats test, which was expected. I didn't even attempt to answer the final question, and I didn't do the other problems correctly. This is my lowest exam grade so far (they've been getting worse and worse as time goes on), and it brings my overall grade to a very depressing 66%, which is nowhere near where I want to be. So yeah, I've got to do better. I think the only thing that's stopping me is the fact that I wait until the last minute to do homework (usually late Sunday night) when I should be doing it the day it's assigned. That way I can ask questions and get help on doing problems instead of copying the answers out of solutions manual. And maybe my definition of "studying" should be actually doing the review problems and looking over homework and reviewing how to use formulas instead of looking at problems in the solutions manual. Because obviously that's not working.
And now I'm worried about the final that's coming up in a month, because I'm afraid I won't be able to complete all of it (since the class is only an hour long), and even if I do, I know I won't do well. I can barely finish five problems in an hour, let alone fifty. I don't know how I'm going to be tested on 11 chapters worth of stuff. I'm nervous because I really want to do well so I can boost my grade so my parents don't get at me for wasting their money. It's really stressing me out.
BUT. I did get a 95% on my Government Exam that I didn't study for, due to the fact I got 5 out of 6 extra credit questions right, plus 10 bonus points for no reason. (actually, I won't find out why I got those points until class tomorrow, but I can only assume it was because people did so poorly on it.) I was freaking out after class yesterday because I didn't think I did that well. I was pleaseantly surprised.
House was pretty fail last night, but next week is going to be awesome because it's sweeps week. And tonight is CSI:NY's sweeps episode, which I'm pretty excited about, although I silently fear that my iPod is going to die because its name also happens to be named Mac Taylor. Way to incite fear in me, CBS.
Thanskgiving is next week, and I've got so much to do over my five-day break: write an Essay on whether or not Hillary was treated unfairly during the Primaries for Government, begin working on my big Speech (I decided to persuade my classmates to live more "green"; Today sort of inspired me), do some Astronomy review questions and the always-present Stats homework, plus work on my
picspammy project. And then after that's all over, I've got to start thinking about finals, which are in a few weeks. I'm going to go crazy.
This Jim/Pam deleted scene is adorable, but I'm sure you already knew that.
