pretty_cynicalI think I kinda have to talk about this episode now. Because of all the drama this week.
This was probably one of my favorite episodes ever. The case was pretty typical, but all the personal stuff? OMG.
My favorite episodes are the ones that involve Hotch's family. I like how the writers came up with the whole element of Hotch having a family and trying to balance that with his job. I really hope that this episode wasn't the end of that. I know Haley was fed up with Hotch going back to work, but taking Jack and leaving? That was kind of bitchy. Plus, didn't she make the commitment that she'd stay with him no matter what? I really hope that isn't the end of her and Jack (SO CUTE, btw), although I'm kind of mad at her for leaving. (AND. SHE CALLED HIM AARON. I HAVE NEVER HEARD ANYONE CALL HOTCH AARON.)
Emily has a nice apartment. Almost a little too nice.
And Karen, or "Erin" as you're called on this show, I liked you more when you were an idiot and voted in the Cabinet and killed the President. Here, you're kind of a bitch. I do not like it.
Haha, so much for "Mandy Patinkin's last episode". He didn't even show up until the last five minutes. And then they gave him a crappy exit. But wasn't it so like Reid to go check up on him? SERIOUSLY, I THOUGHT HE WAS GOING TO KILL HIMSELF. It would've been so much more exciting.
