I have to go back to school tomorrow, even though I don't want to. And I really, really don't want to write my American Idol article for Writing Styles, even though I've got the whole thing planned out in my head. UGH.

-

I think this was the first episode of 24 in a long time that I actually found amusing.

- Oh, Kimby. The first episode that she's actually mentioned in, and she gets like, five lines, and spends the rest of the episode making blinkyeyes.
- I had to laugh when Cheng was staring at Audrey when she was talking to Jack.
- I wanted Morris to find out what Chloe was doing through the following dialogue: "Chloe, why are you hiding under my desk?" "Um, no reason." But no.
- Chloe, FTW.
- This whole moment just reminded me of lst season when Chloe was helping Jack and she tasered the guy at the hotel. *giggles*
- I really think that the Veep could kill President Palmer with his eyes.
- CAKE IN THE BREAKROOM!!!!!
- We finally got to up to the actual White House.
- Thanks a lot, KAREN. YOU KILLED OUR PRESIDENT.
- I think the Veep just pwned Karen.
- Jack left Doyle on the side of the road, hahahahahaha.

Next week, I fear for audreygrace♥, because she may die. (I sincerely hope not. BE NICE TO ME, JOEL SURNOW.)

-

So, I went to DC over spring break. Highlights and whatnot.
- I found out via my dad that the hotel we stayed at (The Hilton Washington, near Dupont Circle) is the site of the White House Correspondents Dinner. Who knew?
- The escalator going into the Dupont Circle Metro station is so steep it's almost vertical, so I was afraid going down it, for fear that I'd fall. Going up it wasn't that bad, though.
- Turns out the American History museum is closed until next year. That upset me.
- I STOOD OUTSIDE THE WHITE HOUSE. I have pictures. It's A LOT smaller than on TV.
- There's an actual branch of law enforcement that deals with mail bombs, as I learned at the Postal museum. Which is why I was all, "WTF is that ATF lady doing there? Don't they know there are people who are trained to handle this kind of stuff who aren't ATF?" when I re-watched this weeks Numb3rs.
- Then we walked up to the FBI building and stood outside it (since you can't go on tours anymore), and took some pictures of the building, because my dad wanted proof that the building was falling apart.

-

I'm gonna go try to write that article now. edit: teh article is finished, and it is quite possibly the crappiest thing I've written so far this year.
