There are three reasons Fall is my favorite season: the start of school; the weather gets cooler, but is still bearable; and the start of a new season of television. Here's what I'll be watching this Fall:

Sunday
8:00 PM - The Simpsons (starts 9/28 on FOX)

Monday
8:00 PM - The Big Bang Theory (starts 9/22 on CBS)
8:30 PM - How I Met Your Mother (starts 9/22 on CBS)
9:00 PM - Prison Break (starts 9/1 on FOX)

Tuesday
8:00 PM - House (starts 9/16 on FOX)

Wednesday
9:00 PM - Criminal Minds (starts 9/24 on CBS)
10:00 PM - CSI: NY (starts 9/24 on CBS)

Thursday
9:00 PM - The Office (starts 9/25 on NBC)
9:30 PM - 30 Rock (starts 10/30 on NBC)

Friday
10:00 PM - Numb3rs (starts 10/3 on CBS)

I have something to watch every night, which is nice because I'll have something to look forward to while I'm at College. Monday and Wednesday TV nights are the busiest, which is ironic because they're the days where I'm at the college until 6 and have difficult classes. I think Thursday nights are going to be the most fun, and I'm really excited to have The Office return. (Also, it's the only night I'm watching NBC! Which is surprising because they are my favorite network.) I'm watching the most shows on CBS, which is seemingly the case every year; they are Crime Show Central (I'm watching 3 out of the 12 they have), but I have grown quite fond of their comedies.

You'll notice I'm not watching any new shows this season. In the past I've watched a brand-new show and fallen in love with it. And then it gets canceled after 1 season or only a few episodes due to low ratings. I just didn't want the same thing to happen again this season, and to be honest, none of the new shows this year look that good. You'll also notice that I'm not watching anything that ABC is offering this time around. I used to watch Pushing Daisies, Private Practice, and Brothers&Sisters, but I've since lost interest. And with my busy College and TV schedules, I just don't have the time to play catch-up AND watch new episodes.

It's currently raining pretty hard here, which is perfect "stay inside and work on homework" weather. If only I was actually motivated to do it (and I somehow need to get motivated, because I have a lot to do and need to get it done ASAP so I'm not rushing to finish it later.) And Michael Phelps is hosting Saturday Night Live tonight, so there's that.
